1. Find Nano Insurance in BigCommerce App Marketplace.

Search for ‘Nano Insurance’, or simply click this direct link. Click “Get this app”.

2. Give your consent to the processing of data.

Read the necessary information and consent to the processing of data. Click “Install” and then “Confirm”.

3. Create your account.

Click on “Get Started for Free” and fill up the required information.

Please ensure you are using the same email address as the one that is used to register your BigCommerce shop as we use the email to match the two data together. Failure to do so will prevent the app from working.

4. Verify your email from the link sent.

Once signed up. The system will generate a verification email, please check your inbox and click on the link to verify your email.

5. Log-In

Back to the Shopify app section to log into your dashboard.

6. Click on Billing Method to set your credit card.

Nano Insurance does not charge you for the use of the app, however, we can’t split payments from the transaction when they first occur so what we need to do, as a licensed and registered insurance company, is debit your credit card, but only after the transaction has been approved, for the amount of the insurance, so that the cover is immediately in effect.

You collect all the money from the transaction and we merely collect the insurance money charged from you. There are no charges or any set-up or other ongoing costs.
